We strive to provide quality care for your pet, so it’s very important that we manage our schedule to make sure we have just the right number of pets for each group. It’s essential to make arrangements early, especially when the holiday season is upon us.

For daily excursions, we accept cancellations 24 hours in advance of service. The full rate of the activity will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

We do understand that emergencies will happen, and will accept last minute cancellations without penalty under emergency circumstances.
